The Ottawa-East School opened its doors in 1968 and has become the model for all other Therien Jiu-Jitsu Schools across the National Capital Region. Many great students have learned the "gentle art" in our School.
The Ottawa-East School is under the direction of Sensei Derek Marcotte 3rd degree, who orchestrates the Jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing and MMA classes. The Dojo would not be what it is today if it weren't for the fantastic instructors that teach at our School:
