KALI SIKARAN has its roots in the ancient Martial Arts of the Philippines and Southeast Asia. It is built around six basic blocks (or technique categories) that are closely interwoven: Filipino boxing, single stick, double stick, knife, fast punches and elbow strikes, and Filipino kickboxing.
