One hour. Three Different Workouts.

Join us for a one hour workout packed with all of the fitness classes our school is known for – Kickboxing, Circuit and Yoga. Led by Carol Buma-Beauchamp (Certified Personal Trainer) and Laura Deimling (Certified Yoga Instructor), these classes offer a solid mix of variety, new challenges and fun. There’s no experience required, just show up and we’ll do the rest!

Choose from $20 drop-in classes or get unlimited fitness classes by signing-up for a membership. Or, if you’re still not sure, try a class for free
