Off-Ice Youth Fitness Training

Our latest program is designed for athletes ages 11 to 16 who want to get an edge and stay competitive in their sport, or simply want to get into better shape. The after-school classes are designed and led by a personal fitness instructor and focus on building cardio, strength, speed and agility. 

Get started here with an unlimited membership or pre-purchases classes so students can come around their schedule. There is no set term so students can register any time.
