Our latest program is designed for ages 11 to 16 who want to get active and have fun in a group setting. This program are also perfect for athletes who need to get an edge and stay competitive in their sport. The after-school classes are designed and led by a personal fitness instructor and focus on building cardio, strength, speed and agility. 

Get started here with an unlimited membership or pre-purchases classes so students can come around their schedule. There is no set term so students can register any time.
